Our primary objective is the continuous improvement and the correct application of the “Culture” regarding SAFETY AT WORK, both collective and individual, to guarantee safe and adequate working environments.

Programmed Information, Training and Awareness, is necessary to develop greater awareness and responsibility of the entire company structure, each for their own role and competence. Furthermore, it is considered an essential tool to identify the risks inherent in the work activities.

We at TECNO IN are constantly committed to raising the safety standards of workers. We provide them with the necessary resources, defining and circulating within the company the aims to be achieved, in compliance with the regulations in force.

The main objective achieved is “ZERO INJURIES”. It is a goal that is at the basis of our Company Policy for Health and Safety in the Workplace. It has been achieved by monitoring and training staff according to international standards. Our commitment to this goal has yielded important results, with innovative projects, extensive staff involvement and increasing awareness.
